Privacy Policy

We want you to be happy with the goods and services you receive from us.  If you make a purchase from us, you have 14 days to notify us that you wish to return or exchange your order, or an item from your order.
 
Can I cancel an order before it is delivered?

Yes, you have the right to cancel your order any time before your order has been despatched to one of our courier services.  Simply contact us at help@snoozeland.com.my with your order number and we’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund.
 
Can I alter an existing order?
 
Yes, just let us know and we will change your order for you.  We can only do this if your order has not been despatched to one of our courier services.  Simply contact us at help@snoozeland.com.my with your order number.
 
What if I don’t like the product when it’s delivered?
 
We are confident that you will love our products, however you can return the goods within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.   Simply complete the returns form  and send it to help@snoozeland.com.my  You should read our terms & conditions prior to requesting a return.  If needed we can arrange a collection of the goods as well, this will be at a cost to you.  This amount will be deducted from the amount which is refunded to you.  If you do not use our courier service, you will need to ensure that the item is sent back by recorded delivery as we cannot refund any product which has been lost in the post, or is returned in an unsaleable condition.  See our terms & conditions for further information.
 
What happens if the item is damaged when it arrives?
 
We go to great lengths to ensure that all our furniture is quality checked before it is despatch to you.  However, on those rare occasions you may be unhappy with the product, simply complete the returns form and send it to help@snoozeland.com.my.  You should read our terms & conditions prior to requesting a return.  Please note:  It is important you inspect your order upon delivery; you will be required to sign a form confirming that your order was received in good condition.
 
How long will my refund take?
 
We will usually process your refund within 24 hours of receiving and approving your request.  This will usually be refunded to the account you made your payment with within 10 working days.
